Joe: I would say Mr. Niccals is no better then the rest of those whom has been submitted into my asylum, these people say that all this is inhuman, underground, agaisnt the justice system but in truth, we were the system, all test subjects were nothing more but thugs, murderers, homless, low lifes that secioty has tryed for years to demolish, that's why I created this new system, I was only trying to help, even Lissa over there was no better then the man she married when she first was submitted to my asylum, I even have her police records...*holds them up* as you can see, they are much thicker then Mr. Niccals...
