Cajamarca Village A mini-Cusco in the northern highlands, delightful Cajamarca surprisingly doesn't get much tourist traffic -- yet. Beautifully framed by the Andes and sumptuous green countryside, with a historic core of colonial buildings where an important Inca city once stood, Cajamarca is elegant and easygoing. It's also very well positioned for day trips into the country and to fascinating archaeological sites; indeed, several of Peru's nicest and most relaxing country hotels are located here. Note: The village is a starting point for every member who wants to RP here. It is a must for you to post in this board, in order to continue on to other areas. From here, you can have a 'tour guide' take your character to the hidden lands, and then you can start your "adventure". Garden of Kennibn A secret garden that was hidden and has seemed to been untouched for centurys as the plants grow rampant... but seem to be self tending .. How strange. Every now and then .. you can see a shimmering whisp.. and you feel as though your being watched. The Ancient Ruins of Myrdith The ancient ruins of Myrdith has long been the subject of curiosity and intense study to many of the world's leading archaeologists. To the locals however, the ruins were a curse, and the spirits of those who loom the area are said to be restless. The decaying pillars and brittle walls was all that was evident to what really lies beyond. Graves of the Fireflies The graves of the ancestors of the land remain here. At night, fireflies are said to come out, shining its light upon the traditional burial headstones. Such a sight is said to be one of the most spectacular of things. Some say the fireflies are really the ancestral spirits, in their second life of humility and peace. The barriers between the world we know and the kingdom were immense and daunting. Never had those of the outside world breached the Kingdom..
