one time at halloween time i was going to get dressed up but i didn't know what i wanted to be so i was looking around and around and around and thinking and thinking and thinking but i just had no idea what i wanted to be so i started asking some people and they were all like why don't you just get a sheet and cut eye holes in it and be a ghost and i was all like no no that is too cliched i want something a little cooler than that if you know what i mean so i started thinking and thinking some more but i started to worry because halloween was less than a week away and actually it was just a few days away and i had no idea what i was going to dress up as and i knew if i didn't have a costume i couldn't go trick or treating because nobody will give me candy if i don't have a costume even though it doesn't really matter since being a dog if i eat chocolate it will kill me or at least make me very ill and other candies just get stuck in my teeth and it is so annoying but that is not what i care about i just like having a good time going out walking around and visiting friendly folks on halloween but anyways back to my predicament about how i have no costume to wear, i decided to just get an eyepatch and be a pirate. arrr. (see, this was relevant, you were talking about pirates!)

ps: i had a little friendly parrot that perched on me like the ones that perch on pirates and it could even whistle the theme song to the andy griffith show but i got hungry and since i couldn't eat the candy i was given i ate the bird instead. RIP.
