Seriously, there's a first time for everything right? He was just suspicious about what everyone was runnning away from. Then he saw me, the perpeptual mope, and asked me if I was alright. The conversation went on for a bit, and it ended with me buying drinks for us. I think it was more of a slight pity, slight chat thing instead of simpathy, but I enjoyed it anyway. Murdoc was also the one who gave me my nickname, after he saw my numbered code tatoo-ed across the top of my arm turned upside down, which looked like the word 'Bullet'.
Enough chat, I'm gonna get a soda.

..So you're telling us that Murdoc, a satanic, hedonistic, maniacal, egoistic, self-proclaimed King of the known World actually bothered to sit down and have a quick chat with you? Look, you can rant on till the fucking cows come home, but I know for a fact that he wouldn't sympathize, nor does he give a rat's arse about most people - prolly you, as well. Top of the pile, really.
Errrweell though, I'm sure he could have thought up a better nickname than Bullet, anyway. Ghastly, ghastly nickname. Like he whipped it out from his arse.
