(I got this form off a fanfic,It's not complete yet)
Age: 22
Gender: F
Height: 5' 10"
Weight: 110
Hair Color: Changes depending on mood and suroundings
Eye Color: Mainly blue or green Or One blue + one red but it can change based on mood
Skin tone: Very pale
Body build: Strong legs and upper arms, Back is in good shape too
Powers: Sees peoples pasts, personality, and true intentions by looking directly into their eyes. When she changes personality she kinda meditates to where she can see what's going on at her home planet. She also has really good hearing (not sure if that's a power but it does come in handy).
Weapons: Samurai sword, 2 sieves and guns lots and lots of guns
Clothing: Anything she feels like wearing, It's usually comfy and easy to move in
Home: Born On Drelthton in the realm of absolutes, but has lived in multiple Earth foster homes since age 4
Friends: foster sister, Kanah and June and houroshi and their siblings
Enemies: too many
Demons: watched her parents kill each other, and as she constantly changes pesonality she must watch the killing back on Drelthton
Personality: Split, perverted, and Loyal

Looks good. I like that you changed her age. Now she's slightly older than June and slightly younger than Houroshi.
