How can it be hard to control yourself from spamming? If you can't control yourself from typing out something that's completely and utterly off-topic and unnecessary, not to mention totally inconsistent in what is actually being discussed online... you have yourself a little problem and should consider seeking help.. soon.

All you need to do..is just ..NOT..POST ! It's that simple. Don't type. Don't click the reply button. Don't quote. There is a saying that goes "If you have nothing good to say, don't say anything at all"
BUT if you do seem to have a little problem with this addictive form of forum abuse here's an idea; Just open up a new document file in which you can type out your inner most feelings and heartfelt desires, ecstasy,lust whatever. Just a note here, not EVERYONE needs to know whatever random lib you have floating around that black-hole of what has been deemed a brain that you just MUST flood the forum with its screamingly pointless attributes.
