The sun barely shone its gentle warming rays through the sheets of clouds that hovered above. A murder of crows had departed off the barn and flew around the sky in a circular pattern. The sound of metal scrapping against metal was heard clattering off in the distance as the machine approached; its black metal armour reflecting the dim sunlight. Not knowing what had drawn itself to this place it had traveled a great distance justto find what had interupted its circuits so. Inside the hull a lifeless form lay, not breathing, not moving; just an empty shell would discribe it best but something about it kept it alive. Its heart and body wasnt responding but its mind was still quite active.
As the crows passed on overhead the machine pushed its way through a field of dark marshland grass and into a creek. Its size had increased since the modifications it made to its body had perfected itself even more; the powers i had sucked from james body had helped it become much more unearthly but it wasnt interested in itself right about now, somehow or something was urging itself to come here.
Was there a threat? Was it James that was pushing it there? Or was it simply just tracking another about-to-be victim.
The machine was a bit unsteady but it didnt come unprepared.

~ The dying leaves rustled above him as the soft breeze brushed through each stem and branch. He trailed his hands against the lush blades of grass, caressing the Earth as he gazed down at the creek's edge. He shut his eyes, and drew his breath. His feet touched the soil, and he pressed it down, feeling each grain with intimacy.
Joseph sat up, and gazed back dreamily into the creek, staring down into his reflection. There was something about the eyes.. that face..that hair..the same pale, withered and tired look of discontent. Something about that face just brought about a sickness within him. A sickness that couldn't be cured. Those eyes..those sad eyes. He hated those eyes. More than anything, he hated those eyes. They stared right back at him, looking right through him, and it knew the truth. It was cruel. So brutally honest..
His heart started to race, and within him ignited a deep sense of loathe and anger. He cursed the heavens and the earths. He cursed life and love He cursed death and birth. He cursed the people he knew, he once knew, he wish he never knew. But it mattered not. It meant nothing. And it did nothing. ~
Jesus.. *looks away, laying back on the grass*

Walking through the creek, the water rippled around its frame as it wadded. It scanned the creek to make sure nothing was lurking down there except for the occasionalt fish or frog. Its metal frame stopped in the middle of the pond as its head slowly turned, finding Joesph lying on the bank. The machine paused as it hummed, sending a vibration through the air as it made a small hissing noise. It turned its invisibility cloak on

~ All of the sudden, it was bitterly silent. A cold chill ran up his spine. He felt something unearthly was approaching him. His eyes darted around the creek, his heart pumping, and the his sweat trailed down the side of his cheek, down to his neck. He scrambled up to his feet, picking his shirt from the ground. ~
Who's there!?

No answer came except for the small ripples surfacing against the edges of the pond. The crows circled above as if excepting something to happen.

*He looks up to the sky*
... Great.. I'm going to die, I just know it. *He slips his shirt on*

You are correct
The creek is suddenly starting to rupture as a bright blue beam appears out of nowhere and hit Joesph directly at one of his knees, toppling him

~ The blast sent Joseph flying, landing in the ditch. The flesh of his leg was torn and literally hanging off the metallic frame of his bionic structure. He staggered up to his feet, in excrutiating pain. ~
Ahh PARASITE..we meet yet again.

Correct again Joesph
The creek rippled as the machine slowly undid its cloaking device, towering over him even though it must have been 50 metres away. One of its arms slowly retracted as a needle like blade formed, except this one looked as if itwas made of pure filtered light; its surface dancing in a light blue pulse but it made an awful cracking noise as if electrical currents were passing through it

*The flesh on Joseph's skin slowly started to repair itself, each cell grafting itself into a muscle, until its fully formed once more. He stepped back, glaring intensely at the machine*
What do you want..

Your life
It raised its arm and fired the light sword object directly into Joesphs torso, piercing the hard metal interior. The sword melted the circuits within as a virus slowly spread through Joesphs metal body, melting the metal as it went, eating the wires like acid and interfering.

~ Joseph felt to the ground, digging his nails into the soil as the virus rampaged on his systems. Sparks flew out of his body and blue streaks of light rays wrapped around his body, sending a shock wave into his system. ~

As Joe fell helplessly to his knees the machine charcged. raising one of its huge slender bioonic arms and hitting Joesph, sending him flying through the air right across to a deserted field, satisfied

Oh nice, kick a man while he's down, eh!? Mother fucker, let's burn it!!
~ The wires and chips in his body started to mend itself and he got up from the ground easily, glaring the machine down. ~
How about that for a piece of technological advancement, eh? *he cackles*

Is that the best you can do?
The machine flung itself into the air as it hovered. Black tentacles coming out of its chest; they wrap themselves around Joes body and inserting themselves into his skin. Pushing in a bright green liquid into his core and sucking back a dull blue liquid in return
