cigarretes are canerous because of the 1,500 chemicals in it i jut said these didnt have them there not good for you but there not entirely bad for you

*Innocent kid voice*Health says they're cancerous because of the effect the tobacco has on your lungs when you inhale it. The chemicals only keep the tobacco in the paperish form they stuff it in as, it has little effect on your lungs depending on the brand, nicotine is the main one that's why it's so addictive all brands use it so that you can't give it up so easily, that's why those patches and gums use nicotine to help you quit.
