~ Eventually after walking for several hours in the late afternoon of yestrday James had finally found his way back to his old Apartment. He hadn't used it since his last ex-girlfriend and as soon as he opened the door, a wall of floating dust escaped out into the air.
Placing Marie down on the black bed he used to use he cvered her over with the warm sheets and covers.
Having a look around the place sure brought back alot of memories from where he first started; remembering back to when he first woke up and thus ended up being guided back to here. But having a look at the state of the apartment was horrible; not quite the setting he wanted for his marie to see as soon as she woke up. With a screwdriver he removed the chains from off the corners of the bed he had used on many occasions, even removing them from the roof. Chucking them in a carboard box along with the kinky handcuffs he found lying under his bed as well as a large packet of out-of-date- vibrating condoms.
Going over to the trashed kitchen where Marie once threw a temper he sorted out in picking up the knives and forks off the floor and placing them in the sink, brushing up the shards of broken glass on the floor and removing the dusty and empty vodka and beer cans that were lying around everywhere.
It didnt take long for the garbage bag to fill up, James was actuall shockedwith the living standards he used to live; disgusting. He even found a whole patch of used condoms behind the drawers which he quickly threw in the bin. Even the covers coverng Marie hadstains on it!
Carefully pulling them off her and changing them to another black doona he threw it in the washing machine.
After a good 2 hours cleaning up the random crap that filled his room he lied down on the bed. Looking down at himself he just noticed that he was still wearing the hospital gown. Taking it off he threw it into the corner of the room. Searching through a chest of drawers near his bed he found a black pair of boxers which hesitantly put on along with one of his old white tank tops that he rarely wore.
Finally resting on the bed he got underneath the stale covers of the bed and wrapped his arm around Marie's waist before slowly drifting off to sleep with her in his arms. ~
