(( I feel sad for him because he's so young. He's the only young one, there. Imagine his whole life gone, because of a mental illness. It's so sad.
I have an uncle who has schizophrenia. >_> ))
Joe: Sadly, some patients don't even know what's going on around them, to realise that. It must be heartbreaking for their friends and relatives.

Yeah, sometimes even their families are afraid of them, afraid of what they can do to them when they get angry.
((I think sakinah's grandmother has schizophrenia too... and they say that its genetic. My grandaunt had it too.... she thought she was a baby))

Joe: That's a common preconception. It's more likely a patient would hurt themselves, rather than others.

Joe: Well, one keeps calling me Jerry, another's a pyromaniac, one suffers from drug addiction, two with a personality disorder, and one elder with post traumatic stress disorder. They're good people, just uhmm..a slice of bread short of a sandwich, y'know?

At least they are nice people, not like those mean people today that try to cheat you out of your money or murder or hurt you.

Not really, its just that some of them are so innocent and sweet and would never harm others unless they get mad.
